At Vision Court Estate, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for all buyers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and modifications are permitted.
1. General Policy
All purchases made at Vision Court Estate are legally binding agreements between the buyer and Everthrive Ltd. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Reservation & Deposit Policy
- To secure a plot, buyers must make an initial deposit as specified for their selected payment plan.
- Reservations without full payment are subject to expiration if payment is not completed within the stipulated timeframe.
- If a buyer fails to meet the agreed payment terms, the reservation may be canceled, and the plot may be made available to other buyers.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Buyer-Initiated Cancellations
If a buyer chooses to cancel their land purchase, the following conditions apply:
- Before Document Processing: If a cancellation request is made before property documentation has been processed, a cancellation fee of 10% of the amount paid will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 30 working days.
- After Document Processing: If documents (such as allocation letters, deeds of assignment, or survey plans) have been issued, refunds are subject to deductions for administrative, legal, and processing fees.
- After Full Payment & Allocation: Once a buyer has completed payment and received allocation, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
3.2. Developer-Initiated Cancellations
- In rare cases where Vision Court Estate is unable to allocate a purchased plot due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., legal disputes, zoning changes), the buyer will be offered:
- A full refund, processed within 30 working days, or
- An alternative plot of equal value (if available).
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are subject to review and approval. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The buyer has formally submitted a refund request in writing.
- The cancellation falls within the terms stated in Section 3 of this policy.
- The buyer has complied with all contractual obligations.
4.2. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
- Vision Court Estate is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.
4.3. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable:
- Survey and documentation fees once processing has begun.
- Stamp duty, legal fees, or any government-imposed charges.
- Any payments made for optional add-ons or custom services.
5. Payment Plan Adjustments
For buyers on installment payment plans, the following apply:
- Payments made towards installment plans are non-refundable, but buyers may opt for a swap or reassignment of their plot (subject to availability and approval).
- If a buyer defaults on multiple installments, Vision Court Estate reserves the right to reassign the plot without a refund.
6. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Transfer of Ownership: If a buyer wishes to transfer ownership of a plot to another person instead of canceling, this can be processed upon payment of a transfer fee.
- Hardship Cases: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, death), refund cases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with proof provided.

Vision Court Estate reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and buyers will be notified accordingly.
